Makuprofiili
Pale straw in the glass, this wine opens with a bright, expressive bouquet of peach, apple, citrus, a hint of nutmeg, and a subtle flinty edge. The nose is inviting and layered, showing both ripe fruit and that distinctive Mosel slate character. On the palate, it is crisp yet rounded, with the fruit echoing the aromas and carried by lively acidity and a clean mineral backbone. The finish is fresh, precise, and satisfying, with enough structure to suggest a few years of graceful aging, though it is already very enjoyable now.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from vines over 50 years old in the Mosel, a region defined by steep slopes and slate-rich soils that give Riesling its trademark tension and mineral drive. The fruit is harvested by hand, allowing only the best grapes to be selected, before pressing and fermentation. Winemaker Christian Lenhardt then matures the wine in large 3,000-liter oak casks, a gentle approach that preserves freshness while adding texture and complexity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Riesling is an excellent match for Asian cuisine, seafood, grilled fish, fresh goat’s cheese, and lighter poultry dishes, as well as classic German fare like schnitzel or sauerkraut-based dishes. Serve it well chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
