Makuprofiili
Pale straw yellow in the glass with a fine, persistent mousse, this wine shows a bright and lively appearance. The nose opens with citrus zest, green apple, white flowers, and subtle notes of brioche, almond, and chalky mineral tension. On the palate, it is brisk and focused, with a clean line of acidity, delicate orchard fruit, and a savory, mouthwatering finish. The zero-dosage style keeps the profile taut and transparent, allowing the wine’s texture and structure to shine. Viininvalmistus
Franciacorta’s cool climate and morainic soils of Lombardy provide an ideal setting for producing elegant, mineral-driven sparkling wines with natural freshness. The grapes are typically harvested by hand to preserve their integrity, with careful selection in the vineyard and cellar. Vinified using the traditional method, the wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and extended lees aging, while the Dosaggio Zero style means no expedition liqueur is added after disgorgement, preserving a pure, dry expression of the terroir.
