This rosé shows a pale salmon-pink color with a persistent, delicate mousse. The nose is typically fresh and inviting, with notes of red berries, wild strawberries, raspberries, and a subtle floral lift. On the palate, it is crisp and dry with a clean, energetic structure. The Pinot Noir character brings red-fruited freshness and a gentle roundness, balanced by bright acidity and a refreshing finish. Best enjoyed young for maximum vibrancy, though it can hold its freshness well over the near term.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This sparkling rosé is an excellent match for smoked salmon, sushi, grilled prawns, charcuterie, light poultry dishes, and berry-based desserts. It also works beautifully as an aperitif. Serve well chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, and no decanting is needed.
