Champagne Marguet Shaman 21 Rosé Grand Cru is a biodynamic rosé Champagne that reflects Marguet’s precise, terroir-driven style. Sourced entirely from Grand Cru vineyards in Ambonnay, it combines elegance, depth, and a distinctly mineral expression, while the 2021 vintage brings concentration and finesse from a low-yield year.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a beautiful salmon-pink color with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with wild red berries such as raspberry and strawberry, lifted by subtle floral notes and a discreet mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is focused and fresh, with lively acidity framing ripe fruit and a clean, precise texture. The finish is long and distinctly mineral, with a slightly saline touch that speaks to its Grand Cru origin. This is a Champagne with the structure to develop further over time, though it is already highly expressive now.

This rosé Champagne is made from grapes grown in Ambonnay, one of the most esteemed Grand Cru villages in Champagne, where the chalk-rich terroir lends both power and finesse. Marguet is known for biodynamic farming and minimal intervention in the cellar, allowing the character of the vineyard to come through clearly. The 2021 harvest was marked by low yields, which contributed to the wine’s concentration and refined balance.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal as an aperitif, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with salmon, tuna tartare, poultry, or soft cheeses. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to best express its freshness and finesse. Decanting is not necessary.
