Terlano Chardonnay Tradition 2025 is a bright and expressive white wine that shows why Chardonnay has become such an important part of Cantina Terlano’s vineyards. Vinified on its own each year, it offers a distinctive freshness alongside a lively tropical-fruit character, making it a versatile and food-friendly wine with a distinctly Alpine-Italian identity.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Chardonnay is expected to show a pale straw-yellow color with a clear, luminous brilliance. The nose typically opens with fresh citrus, ripe tropical fruit, and subtle floral notes, supported by the clean, mineral edge that Terlano wines are known for. On the palate, it should feel crisp and precise, with a well-balanced structure and a refreshing acidity that lifts the fruit. Flavors of pineapple, peach, and citrus may be joined by a gentle creamy texture, giving the wine both energy and shape. While enjoyable in its youth for its freshness, it may also gain extra nuance over a few years in bottle.

Viininvalmistus
Cantina Terlano’s vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige benefit from a cool Alpine climate, strong temperature differences between day and night, and mineral-rich soils that help preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The Chardonnay grapes are carefully harvested to retain their natural acidity and fruit expression. Vinification is carried out separately to highlight the variety’s character, with an emphasis on preserving clean aromas, vibrant texture, and the wine’s distinctive tropical-fruit profile.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with seafood, shellfish, grilled fish, poultry, creamy pasta dishes, and vegetable-based risottos. It also works well with lightly spiced Asian cuisine thanks to its fresh acidity and fruit-forward style. Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary.
