In the glass, it shows a pale salmon hue with fine, persistent bubbles that speak to its quality and aging. The bouquet is layered and inviting, opening with red berries such as strawberry and raspberry, followed by floral nuances, a gentle touch of spice, and subtle notes of toast and brioche from extended lees aging. On the palate, it is lively and precise, with bright acidity balancing generous fruit and a creamy, rounded texture. Red berry flavors are joined by citrus and a light mineral edge, giving the wine both freshness and depth. The finish is long and polished, and while it is already expressive, it has the structure to develop gracefully for several more years under ideal storage conditions.

Made in the heart of Champagne, this vintage rosé reflects the chalk-driven terroirs of the region, where cool conditions and carefully selected vineyard sites contribute freshness, tension, and aromatic finesse. The grapes for the 2012 harvest benefited from a favorable growing season, allowing for excellent ripeness and concentration. Vinification follows the traditional méthode champenoise, with secondary fermentation in the bottle and extended lees aging. The rosé style is achieved by blending in a small amount of red wine made from prized Pinot Noir, while the final cuvée is assembled from Pinot Noir for structure, Chardonnay for elegance, and Pinot Meunier for roundness and complexity.

Serve chilled at around 8–10°C to best highlight its freshness and aromatic detail. Decanting is not recommended; instead, open shortly before serving and pour gently to preserve the wine’s fine mousse and delicate precision.
