Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve lightly chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to keep the sweetness balanced and the acidity vibrant. It pairs wonderfully with fruit-based desserts, crème brûlée, tarte Tatin, and blue or washed-rind cheeses, but it is also impressive on its own as a contemplative glass after dinner. Decanting is not necessary.
