Zyme Amarone della Valpolicella Classico 2018 is a deeply expressive red from one of Veneto’s most distinctive producers, capturing the power and elegance that have made Amarone one of Italy’s most admired wines. Made from the traditional blend of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta, and Croatina, it brings together richness, structure, and a clearly regional identity rooted in the historic Classico zone.

As with traditional Amarone production, the grapes are carefully harvested and selected before undergoing appassimento, the natural drying process that concentrates flavor, sugar, and texture.
