Sourced from vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, the wine benefits from the cool Alpine climate, warm days and crisp nights that help preserve freshness and aromatic purity. The region’s varied soils and mountain-influenced terroir are ideal for Schiava, a variety that thrives in well-exposed sites and produces wines of light colour, gentle tannin and expressive fragrance. Harvesting is typically carried out by hand to ensure healthy fruit, followed by careful vinification that prioritises delicacy and balance, often with gentle extraction and fermentation to preserve the grape’s natural perfume and drinkability.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is a versatile food wine that works especially well with charcuterie, roast chicken, veal, pork dishes, mushroom risotto and mildly spicy Alpine-style cuisine. It also pairs nicely with pizza, grilled vegetables and pasta with tomato-based sauces. Serve slightly chilled, around 14–16°C, and there is usually no need to decant unless you wish to open the wine up briefly before serving.
