Château Lynch-Bages 2019 is a superb expression of Pauillac, combining Cabernet-driven power with striking precision and finesse. Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a deep, almost opaque ruby colour that hints at its concentration and depth. The nose is layered and refined, with aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry, violet, graphite, and subtle cedar, lifted by a fresh floral character and discreet spice from oak ageing. On the palate, it is powerful yet poised, with firm but polished tannins framing intense flavours of dark berries, bitter chocolate, liquorice, and a fine mineral edge. The acidity brings energy and balance, while the finish is long, resonant, and slightly saline. While already impressive in its youth, this is a wine built for the long haul and should continue to gain complexity over the next two to three decades.

Château Lynch-Bages is located in Pauillac on the Left Bank of Bordeaux, where gravel-rich soils provide ideal conditions for Cabernet Sauvignon, helping the grapes ripen with concentration, freshness, and aromatic purity. The blend is dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, supported by Merlot and smaller amounts of Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot, with the grapes carefully harvested and selected to preserve quality. The wine is vinified with a focus on precision and extracted structure, then matured in a high proportion of new French oak barrels to add depth, texture, and ageing potential without overshadowing the fruit. The result is a classic Pauillac with both traditional backbone and a polished, modern finish.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with classic rich dishes such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, venison, or beef Wellington. It also works well with aged hard cheeses and dishes featuring mushrooms or truffle. Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for 1–2 hours if drinking young to allow the wine to खुल open fully.
