Tramin Chardonnay 2025 comes from Cantina Tramin, one of South Tyrol’s most respected cooperative wineries, where the alpine climate and meticulous vineyard work help shape wines with real finesse. Sourced from vineyards in Trentino-Alto Adige, this Chardonnay reflects the elegance and freshness of a unique mountain terroir, with a style that balances purity, aromatic detail, and regional character.

Makuprofiili
Pale straw yellow in the glass, this Chardonnay is expected to show a clean, luminous appearance with youthful freshness. The nose typically leans toward crisp orchard fruit, citrus, and subtle floral notes, with the cool-climate setting often adding a refined mineral edge. On the palate, it is likely to be medium-bodied and bright, with flavors of green apple, pear, lemon, and a gentle hint of stone fruit. The mountain-grown fruit should give it definition and liveliness, while the finish remains clean and elegant. As a 2025 vintage white, it is best enjoyed young for maximum freshness, though good structure may allow for a short period of bottle development.

Viininvalmistus
Cantina Tramin works with around 300 growers rooted in the South Tyrolean landscape, where vineyards benefit from a distinctive alpine terroir shaped by altitude, cool nights, and strong diurnal temperature shifts. The grapes are carefully harvested from this mountain environment, where traditional farming knowledge and respect for nature remain central to the work in the vineyard. Vinification is aimed at preserving the variety’s natural expression and the purity of the fruit, with an emphasis on elegance and aromatic clarity.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with grilled fish, shellfish, roast chicken, risotto, asparagus, and light pasta dishes, as well as мяг? maybe omit. Serve chilled at around 8-10°C to keep the wine vibrant and focused. Decanting is not necessary; a short rest in the glass is enough to let the aromas open.
