On the palate, it should feel crisp and refreshing, with flavours of green apple, pear, lemon, and a soft creamy mousse. Viininvalmistus

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. It pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, light seafood dishes, goats’ cheese, tempura vegetables, and elegant canapés. Decanting is not recommended; simply open just before serving to enjoy its freshness and lively mousse at its best.
