Girolamo Russo’s Etna Rosso A'Rina is a beautifully expressive red wine that captures the volcanic character and elegance of Mount Etna. In the glass, this Etna Rosso shows a bright, translucent ruby color that hints at its finesse. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent partner for roast poultry, grilled lamb, mushroom risotto, cured meats, and Mediterranean dishes with herbs and savory depth. Serve it at 16–18°C for the best expression of its aromatics and texture. Decanting is recommended if you want to open up the wine’s more complex nuances, especially in its youth.
