Made exclusively from Chardonnay sourced from the finest Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs, it combines purity, elegance, and serious aging potential in a highly sought-after vintage.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this 2013 Comtes de Champagne shows a refined, luminous character with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose opens with citrus fruit, green apple, white flowers, and delicate toasted brioche notes, gradually revealing more mineral depth as it breathes. The palate is precise and powerful, built on bright acidity and a clear chalky, mineral core that gives the wine impressive tension and length. The finish is long and complex, with enough structure to age gracefully for many years, developing greater richness and nuance over time.

Viininvalmistus
This cuvée is crafted entirely from Chardonnay grown in Grand Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs, an area prized for its chalk soils and ability to produce wines with lift, finesse, and minerality. The cooler 2013 growing season delivered grapes with excellent acidity and freshness, while extended aging on the lees added texture, depth, and complexity before release.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal with refined dishes such as oysters, scallops, lobster, caviar, or sashimi, as well as poultry in delicate cream sauces and aged hard cheeses. Serve well chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a short period in the glass will help the wine раскрыve its full aromatic detail.
