Latricières-Chambertin is a celebrated Grand Cru site in Burgundy’s Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir benefits from a terroir known for producing wines with both precision and depth. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled wooden vats for 18 to 21 days. The wine is then matured for 16 to 18 months in oak barrels, with 40 to 50% new oak used to enhance structure, complexity, and age-worthiness.

This Grand Cru pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as roast duck, venison, beef tenderloin, game birds, or mushroom-based cuisine.
