In the glass, this sparkling wine is typically bright and fine-persistent, with a lively mousse and a pale straw hue. The nose is elegant and layered, offering fresh orchard fruit, citrus blossom, white flowers, and subtle mineral notes that reflect the steep hillside origin. On the palate, it is crisp, dry, and well-defined, with a clean line of acidity and a savoury, focused finish. The Extra Brut dosage highlights its purity and structure, while the old-vine fruit contributes complexity and length. Best enjoyed young for its freshness, though it can develop additional nuance over the next few years.

26° Primo comes from the Rive di Col San Martino, in the heart of the Valdobbiadene DOCG zone, where vineyards sit on steep glacial-origin slopes between 250 and 350 metres above sea level. These difficult hillside conditions encourage concentration, aromatic complexity, and a naturally expressive style. The grapes are harvested from the estate’s oldest vineyards, which are prized for delivering wines with greater intensity and flavour.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Extra Brut style pairs beautifully with refined appetisers, seafood, sushi, shellfish, and light dishes such as risotto with herbs or vegetable-based canapés. It also works well with cured meats and delicate cheeses. Serve chilled, ideally at 6–8°C, and decanting is not recommended.
