Andreola’s Valdobbiadene Prosecco Rive di Refrontolo Col del Forno Brut is a distinctive expression of the DOCG, shaped by a cooler microclimate and clay-rich soils that lend the wine added body and depth. Sourced exclusively from the steep 4-hectare hillside vineyards of the Rive di Refrontolo, it reflects one of the most characterful and geographically precise corners of Valdobbiadene.

Makuprofiili
This Brut is likely to show a bright, elegant mousse with a pale straw color and lively freshness in the glass. Aromatically, expect delicate orchard fruit, white flowers, and subtle citrus notes, supported by a mineral edge and a touch of richness from the clay soils. On the palate, it should feel fuller-bodied than many Proseccos, with crisp acidity balancing ripe apple, pear, and stone fruit flavors. The finish is typically clean and refined, with enough structure to give the wine short- to medium-term drinking pleasure while maintaining its freshness.

Viininvalmistus
Col del Forno comes from the Rive di Refrontolo, an area at the far eastern end of the Valdobbiadene denomination known for its geologically younger soils and excellent exposure. The vineyards sit on gentle slopes at around 240 metres above sea level, where the combination of clay soils, temperature variation, and microclimate helps the grapes develop concentration and finesse. The wine is made exclusively from grapes grown on these four hectares, allowing for a highly site-specific expression of Prosecco.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Serve well chilled, ideally around 6–8°C, to preserve its freshness and fine bubbles. It pairs beautifully with seafood appetisers, light pastas, risotto, charcuterie, mild cheeses, and fried finger foods; decanting is not recommended, as this wine is best enjoyed straight from the bottle to retain its sparkle.
