Andreola’s Mas de Fer Extra Dry is a refined Valdobbiadene DOCG sparkling wine that captures the elegance and precision of hillside Glera at altitude. Sourced exclusively from the steep slopes of Col de Fer and San Gallo in the Rive di Soligo area, it stands out for its freshness, aromatic intensity, and the distinctive character shaped by one of the most demanding growing sites in Valdobbiadene.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, Mas de Fer shows a bright straw-yellow colour with a fine, lively mousse. The bouquet is expressive and delicate, with notes of orchard fruit, citrus, white flowers, and a subtle mineral edge that reflects its high-altitude origins. On the palate, it is crisp, well-balanced, and beautifully fragrant, with a rounded Extra Dry profile that softens the acidity without losing freshness. The finish is clean and persistent, leaving an impression of juicy fruit and finesse. Best enjoyed young to preserve its aromatic vibrancy, though it will hold its charm for a short period after release.

Viininvalmistus
Mas de Fer is produced from Glera grapes grown on just 5 hectares of vineyards at around 500 metres above sea level, an unusually high altitude for Valdobbiadene and close to the upper limit for the variety. The cool temperatures and excellent air circulation help ensure healthy grapes with concentrated aromas. Harvesting is done with care to preserve the quality of the fruit, followed by a vinification process designed to emphasise freshness, fragrance, and the elegant sparkle typical of the region.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine is a natural match for light appetisers, seafood, sushi, shellfish, delicate risottos, and soft cheeses, as well as simply enjoyed on its own as an aperitif. Serve well chilled at 6–8°C. Decanting is not necessary.
