In the glass, this wine shows a deep ruby hue that hints at its concentration and maturity. The nose is layered and complex, offering dark berries such as blackcurrant and blackberry, alongside earthy notes of forest floor, spice, liquorice, smoke, and a subtle truffle character. On the palate, it is structured yet refined, with firm but silky tannins, fresh acidity, and impressive depth. The fruit is intense and concentrated, supported by earthy, mineral-driven nuances that add complexity and length. Clos de la Roche is a Grand Cru vineyard in Morey-Saint-Denis, in the heart of Côte de Nuits, where the stony soils and favourable exposures help produce wines of remarkable structure, intensity, and mineral character. The grapes for this wine are 100% Pinot Noir, harvested from this exceptional terroir and vinified with the care and precision associated with Domaine Armand Rousseau. Ruoka & tarjoilu
