In the glass, it shows a light ruby-red colour that hints at its elegant, finely etched style. The nose opens with fresh red berries such as cherry and raspberry, layered with floral notes of violet, forest floor nuances, and a gentle touch of spice. On the palate, the wine is lively and fresh, with a medium body, supple tannins, and a vibrant acidity that keeps everything focused and balanced. There is a clear mineral thread running through the fruit, adding depth and reinforcing its Burgundy terroir. The finish is long, clean, and refined, with enough structure to give it short- to medium-term aging potential, during which it will likely gain added complexity with notes of undergrowth, leather, and savoury nuance.
