In the glass, this 2013 vintage shows a bright ruby-red hue, hinting at its freshness and clarity. The nose opens with red berries such as cherry and raspberry, followed by subtle layers of spice, forest floor, and a delicate mineral edge. On the palate, the wine is balanced and finely structured, with elegant tannins and lively acidity giving it lift and definition. It finishes long and complex, with lingering notes of fruit and spice. While already approachable for its vibrant character, it also has excellent aging potential and will develop more tertiary nuances of leather, earth, and truffle over time.

Serve at around 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 30–60 minutes if drinking young to help it open more fully.
