Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Grand Cru shows the refined intensity expected from a mature Pinot Noir of this pedigree. The nose is complex and expressive, with dark berry aromas of blackberry and black cherry leading the way, followed by earthy notes of forest floor, spice, and a subtle smoky edge. With time in bottle, secondary nuances of truffle and leather add further depth and sophistication. The palate is rich and full-bodied, yet lifted by a fresh acidity that keeps the ripe fruit in balance. The tannins are structured but have softened beautifully with age, giving the wine a smooth, harmonious texture and a long, persistent finish. It is drinking very well now, though it still has the potential to develop additional complexity in the cellar.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine pairs beautifully with refined dishes such as roast duck, game bird, beef tenderloin, lamb, or mushroom-based preparations that echo its earthy character. It is best served at around 16–18°C, and while decanting is not strictly necessary, a short decant can help open the bouquet if the bottle has been resting for some time.
