Sourced from the carefully farmed Heaven and Earth Vineyard, it stands out for its organic viticulture, precise craftsmanship, and a style that balances depth with finesse.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a polished, translucent ruby hue. The nose opens with dark cherries, plums, lavender, leather, and warming spice, giving it a layered and sophisticated aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine mirrors those darker Pinot Noir tones with impressive clarity and poise. It is beautifully composed, with freshness, savory nuance, and a fine, elegant structure that suggests excellent aging potential over the coming years.

Viininvalmistus
Heaven and Earth Vineyard is set on a beautiful hillside in California, where the vines are farmed organically with great care. The fruit was picked by hand and vinified with whole clusters, then aged for 18 months in neutral French oak barrels to preserve purity, texture, and the vineyard’s natural expression.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Pinot Noir is a great match for duck, roast chicken, mushroom dishes, veal, or cedar-plank salmon. Serve it slightly cool at around 15-16°C, and while decanting is not essential, a brief aeration can help open up its aromatic complexity.
