Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a dark, almost impenetrable color that hints at its concentration and depth. The nose opens generously with black cherry, blueberry, raisin, and warm southern spice, creating a layered and inviting aromatic profile. On the palate, the wine is intense yet fresh, with a full-bodied texture and a harmonious balance between dried fruit richness, gentle bitterness, and a subtle touch of sweetness. Viininvalmistus
The grapes are sourced from the Valpolicella Classico area in Veneto, where the local terroir helps shape Amarone’s distinctive character. Following traditional appassimento methods, the fruit is harvested in October and dried until January, concentrating flavor, structure, and natural richness before pressing and fermentation. The wine is then matured for three years in French oak barrels, followed by six months in bottle, adding polish and depth to the finished wine.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Amarone is an excellent match for rich, savory dishes such as braised beef, game, roasted lamb, and mature cheeses. It also pairs beautifully with mushroom-based dishes and slow-cooked Italian classics. Serve at 16–18°C; decanting for one to two hours is recommended to allow the wine to open fully and show its layered aromatics.
