Makuprofiili
Pale in color, this Chardonnay opens with a bright and inviting aromatic profile of lemon, kiwi, orange blossom, and a subtle hint of basil. On the palate, it is vivid and focused, with layers of citrus, lime, jasmine, and ginger carried by a clean line of freshness and a distinct mineral edge. The texture is sleek and refined rather than creamy or oak-laden, allowing the fruit and site character to take center stage. It is a wine that can be enjoyed for its youthful energy now, but it should also develop nicely over the next few years, gaining added complexity while preserving its trademark freshness.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from three Sta. Rita Hills vineyards—3D, Machado, and Hapgood—an area known for its cool coastal influence, morning fog, and extended growing season, all of which help preserve acidity and aromatic precision. Greg Brewer harvests and presses the bunches whole, a method he believes contributes to ideal structure in the finished wine, and he uses well-used oak barrels rather than new ones so the fruit remains front and center during fermentation and aging.

This Chardonnay pairs beautifully with seafood, roasted chicken, grilled vegetables, shellfish, or creamy pasta dishes where its acidity can cut through richness without overpowering the meal. Serve it chilled at around 10–12°C, and decanting is not necessary—simply open and enjoy its immediate freshness and detail.
