Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from the Langhe hills in Piemonte, where sandy soils with veins of calcareous marl provide a distinctive and nuanced terroir. Harvesting details are not specified, but the vinification is clearly traditional in spirit: spontaneous fermentation in fiberglass tanks, followed by 15 days of maceration on the skins with part of the stems included. The wine is then aged in the same vessels for 7 months and rests in bottle for a further 4 months before release.
