In the glass, this is a deeply colored, richly layered Cabernet that feels both powerful and polished. The nose opens with dark cherry, blueberry tart, boysenberry, tar, milk chocolate, and liquorice, all lifted by a generous, ripe fruit profile. The palate is intense and opulent, showing dark cherry, blueberries, raspberry liqueur, boysenberry, shaved milk chocolate, and a touch of tar. Despite its immediate appeal, the wine has the structure and depth to age gracefully, and its long, seemingly endless finish suggests it will become even more complex with time.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
