In the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc shows a pale, lively color that signals its freshness. The nose is generous and inviting, with aromas of lime, honeydew melon, passion fruit, and freshly cut grass. On the palate, the wine is crisp yet rounded, with lime and melon leading the way, followed by kiwi and a subtle herbal edge. Most of the wine is aged in stainless steel to preserve purity and freshness, while a small portion sees small oak barrels to add a touch of softness and depth. It is made to be enjoyed young for its bright aromatics and lively fruit, though its balance gives it some short-term aging potential.

This Sauvignon Blanc is crafted from fruit grown in Napa Valley and Suisun Valley, two California regions known for producing expressive whites with ripe fruit and freshness. The grapes are pressed whole cluster, a gentle method that helps retain finesse and aromatic clarity. After pressing, 87% of the wine is fermented and matured in stainless steel for freshness, while the remaining portion is aged in small oak barrels to add a subtle creamy texture and extra dimension.

This wine works beautifully with fresh seafood, grilled prawns, goat cheese, salads, asparagus, and dishes with herbs or citrus. Serve chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, to highlight its freshness and aromatic lift. Decanting is not necessary.
