Ceritas Annabelle Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast 2021 is a beautifully poised expression of coastal California Pinot Noir, prized for its elegance, freshness, and quiet complexity. With its fragrant red berry profile, earthy undertones, and subtle spice, it shows the kind of refinement that has made Sonoma Coast one of the most exciting regions for Pinot Noir in the United States.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a vivid, translucent ruby color that hints at its lifted style. The nose is immediately inviting, with layers of raspberry, cherry, and blood orange woven together with earthy notes and delicate accents of vanilla and clove. On the palate, the wine is elegant and finely textured, with bright acidity giving the red fruit a lively, refreshing frame. As it opens, deeper tones of plum and wild strawberry emerge, while the finish remains long, graceful, and supported by fine tannins and a very discreet touch of oak. It already offers plenty of charm, but should also develop additional nuance over the next few years.

Ceritas sources fruit from the Sonoma Coast, where the cool maritime climate and coastal influence help preserve freshness, aromatic intensity, and natural balance. The wine includes 40% whole clusters, a choice that adds structure, perfume, and complexity to the finished Pinot Noir. Careful vinification and restrained oak use allow the character of the fruit and vineyard to remain at the forefront.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Pinot Noir pairs wonderfully with roast duck, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes, veal, or herb-roasted chicken. It is best served slightly cool, around 14-16°C, to highlight its aromatic lift and refined structure. Decanting is optional, but a short period in the glass will help the wine reveal its full aromatic range.
