From the tiny, deeply concentrated berries of Elliott Vineyard, it delivers remarkable purity, natural freshness, and a style that rewards a little patience in the cellar. John Raytek’s approach highlights both the vineyard’s precision and its sense of place, making this a wine with real depth and aging potential.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Pinot Noir shows a poised, vibrant character rather than overt weight. The nose opens with vivid red cherry, cranberry, rose petals, sandalwood, pepper, and wild herbs, creating an aromatic profile that feels layered and expressive. On the palate, the wine echoes those same red-fruited and floral notes, adding fresh raspberry, bay leaf, and a subtle spice lift. The acidity is bright and finely woven, giving the wine energy and focus through the finish. It can be enjoyed now for its clarity and freshness, but it is expected to gain even more complexity after 2–3 years of cellaring.
