Makuprofiili
In the glass, this Champagne shows a bright, luminous golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse. The nose is expressive yet refined, offering notes of citrus zest, white flowers, chalky minerality, green apple, and subtle brioche, with the magnum format often contributing extra freshness and elegance. On the palate, it is dry and precise, but rounded and approachable, balancing crisp acidity with a gentle creaminess and a distinctly mineral finish. Viininvalmistus
All grapes for Terroirs come from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry, sites known for their chalk-rich soils and ideal conditions for Chardonnay. The cuvée is assembled from wines of two different vintages, a method that adds depth and consistency while preserving freshness. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Champagne pairs beautifully with oysters, scallops, sushi, sashimi, poached shellfish, and delicate white fish, as well as creamy poultry dishes and aged hard cheeses. Serve chilled at 8-10°C to best appreciate its freshness and detail. Decanting is not necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the wine open and reveal its layered complexity.
