With its focus on first press juice, extended lees aging, and a very low Extra-Brut dosage, it offers a refined, precise style that showcases both freshness and depth. This is a Blanc de Blancs built for those who appreciate elegance with real complexity and a touch of historical Champagne craftsmanship.

Makuprofiili
Bright light gold in the glass, this Champagne immediately signals finesse. The nose is layered and inviting, with notes of pastry, dried fruit, and a subtle richness balanced by vibrant freshness. On the palate, it is intense and generous, yet always lifted by crisp acidity and a clean, energetic drive. The extended aging brings texture and harmony, while the low dosage keeps the finish focused and precise. It has excellent cellaring potential and should continue to gain complexity over time.

Viininvalmistus
Made from 100% Chardonnay harvested from Grand Cru vineyards in Champagne, this cuvée is based on fruit from the 2018 harvest and is produced using only the first press juice. Fermentation takes place in large French oak casks of 72hl, with malolactic fermentation deliberately avoided to preserve freshness and tension. The wine then spends around nine months on fine lees in the same oak casks before maturing for a further four years in bottle in the cellar prior to release.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Blanc de Blancs is an excellent match for oysters, scallops, sashimi, lobster, roast poultry, or refined dishes with cream and citrus elements. Serve well chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, to highlight its freshness and precision. Decanting is not necessary, though opening the bottle a little in advance can allow its layered aromas to fully unfold.
