What can be promised is a Champagne of impressive precision and depth, shaped by long aging and a carefully judged Extra Brut style, offering a layered, elegant profile with excellent freshness and a textured, contemplative finish. With its extended maturation, the wine has the structure to remain compelling over time, though it is already offering a beautifully complete experience now.

Viininvalmistus
Synesthésie is crafted from 80% Chardonnay sourced from Grand Cru parcels in Mesnil-sur-Oger and 20% Pinot Noir from the Reuil vineyard in the Marne Valley, bringing together chalk-driven finesse and Pinot richness. Malolactic fermentation is deliberately avoided to preserve tension and purity, while maturation takes place in large oak barrels before the wines rest for a total of 10 years prior to release. This patient approach allows the cuvée to develop complexity, depth, and remarkable balance.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Best served well chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, this Champagne pairs beautifully with delicate seafood, oysters, sashimi, fine poultry, or subtle dishes with creamy textures and a mineral edge. It is also an excellent contemplative wine for sipping on its own; decanting is generally not necessary, but a brief opening in the glass can help reveal its layers.
