Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a bright, refined mousse with a pale golden hue. The nose opens with fresh apple, citrus peel, white flowers, and a subtle hint of spice, all layered with clean mineral notes. The palate is crisp, dry, and focused, with a lively structure and a pronounced mineral edge. Pinot Noir gives the wine breadth and character, while the zero-dosage style keeps the finish taut, refreshing, and persistent. It is well suited to short- to medium-term cellaring, during which it can gain further complexity without losing its vibrant energy.

Viininvalmistus
This Champagne comes from the Côte des Bar, a southern Champagne terroir known for its limestone-rich soils and Pinot Noir excellence. The grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with natural fermentation and very low sulfur use, allowing the fruit and terroir to shine with clarity. A long period on the lees builds texture and complexity before bottling without dosage, preserving the wine’s dry, precise character.

Serve this Champagne well chilled, ideally around 8-10°C, to highlight its freshness and finesse. Decanting is not necessary, though allowing a few minutes in the glass can help the aromatics unfold.
