Makuprofiili
Pale and luminous in the glass, this Champagne opens with an inviting bouquet of lime, clementine, quince and a delicate chorus of white flowers. On the palate, it is fresh and precise, with citrus, white peach and passionfruit layered over subtle notes of hazelnut and brioche. The mousse is fine and elegant, giving the wine a soft, supple feel without losing its lively edge. While already very approachable, it should also hold nicely for a few years, developing a little more richness and complexity over time.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
A versatile food Champagne, this pairs especially well with oysters, shellfish, sushi, light white fish and creamy goat cheese. It also works beautifully with tempura, poultry dishes and delicate canapés. Serve well chilled at 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended.
