Viininvalmistus
Jean Laurent’s grapes come from vineyards in Celle-sur-Ource in the southern part of Champagne, where the chalk-rich soils give the wines their signature mineral tension. The estate is farmed organically with a practical, low-intervention mindset: solar panels help power the winery, and collected rainwater is reused for irrigation. The vineyards are worked with great care, including old Pinot Noir parcels with vines over 60 years of age, and the vintage is released only when Jean Laurent feels it has reached the right level of maturity.

This Champagne pairs beautifully with dishes that can match its richness and structure, such as roast chicken, lobster, scallops, truffle risotto, or poultry with cream-based sauces. It also works well with aged hard cheeses and refined charcuterie. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is generally not necessary, though a few minutes in the glass can help reveal more of its aromatic complexity.

Today, Jean Laurent represents the third generation to produce Champagne on the property, overseeing every detail himself across 39 hectares of vines. The estate has earned a strong reputation for its pure, terroir-driven Champagnes, and has gained recognition from critics such as Parker and Wine Spectator for delivering exceptional quality, finesse, and balance at a remarkably fair price.
