In the glass, this Champagne shows a pale, luminous gold with a fine and persistent mousse. The nose is bright and refined, offering citrus peel, green apple, chalky minerality, and subtle brioche nuances that add depth without overpowering its freshness. On the palate, it is crisp, layered, and beautifully balanced, with taut acidity carrying flavors of lemon, orchard fruit, and wet stone through to a long, elegant finish. The 2015 vintage has the structure and concentration to develop further in bottle, gaining additional complexity over the next several years while preserving its signature freshness.

Serve chilled, ideally around 8–10°C, and decanting is not recommended; instead, open it shortly before serving to enjoy its freshness and finesse at their best.
