Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows a bright straw-yellow color that hints at its freshness and clarity. The nose opens with crisp apple, citrus, and stone fruit, layered with a subtle herbal nuance that adds lift and complexity. On the palate, it is sleek and focused, driven by vibrant acidity, clean fruit, and a precise, elegant structure that carries through to a long, refreshing finish. The wine’s balanced acidity, low residual sugar, and moderate alcohol give it both immediacy and graceful aging potential. While it is highly enjoyable now for its pure fruit and tension, it should also continue to develop nicely over the coming years, gaining a little more texture and nuance with time.

Viininvalmistus
The grapes come from carefully selected sites in Santa Barbara County, where the cool maritime influence helps preserve freshness, acidity, and aromatic precision in Chardonnay. Fruit is grown under sustainable principles and harvested with the aim of preserving purity and balance. Fermentation is spontaneous, allowing the wine to retain a more natural expression of the vineyard, and maturation takes place for 12 months in old oak barrels with only a small proportion of new wood, adding subtle structure without masking the fruit.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Chardonnay is an excellent match for fish, shellfish, and lighter dishes such as roast chicken, creamy pasta, or vegetable-based preparations. Serve it chilled, ideally around 10–12°C, to showcase its freshness and detail. Decanting is not necessary, though a short time in the glass will help the wine open up and reveal its full aromatic range.
