Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs

Charles Heidsieck Blanc de Blancs is a refined, 100% Chardonnay Champagne that showcases the elegance and precision for which the house is known. Sourced from some of Champagne’s most respected vineyards, particularly the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, it combines freshness, depth, and a notably mature style thanks to a meaningful proportion of reserve wines.

Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a clear golden hue with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with citrus, white flowers, and a fresh mineral edge, offering a clean yet layered aromatic profile. On the palate, this Blanc de Blancs is elegant and balanced, with a creamy texture and flavors of citrus, pear, and almonds. The finish is long and graceful, with enough structure and complexity to suggest excellent drinking now, while still having the balance to hold well over time.

Viininvalmistus
Made entirely from Chardonnay grapes selected from premier Champagne sites, this wine draws primarily on fruit from the Côte des Blancs and Montagne de Reims, regions prized for chalky soils and the finesse they give to the grape. The blend includes around 25% reserve wines, some aged for up to 10 years, adding depth and continuity to the final cuvée. As a non-vintage Champagne, it is crafted to balance consistency, freshness, and complexity through careful blending and traditional méthode champenoise vinification.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Ideal as an aperitif, this Champagne also pairs beautifully with oysters, shellfish, ceviche, sushi, and delicate fish dishes. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C for the best expression of its freshness and texture. Decanting is not recommended; instead, allow it to open naturally in the glass.
