Ruoka & tarjoilu
These wines are a natural match for classic Bordeaux fare such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, or game birds, as well as mushroom-based dishes and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C to allow the aromatics and structure to open fully. Decanting for 1–2 hours is recommended, especially if enjoyed young, to soften the tannins and reveal the full complexity of the parcels.
