Viininvalmistus

The blend typically includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, with each cuvée selected to reflect its specific terroir and style. Harvesting is carried out parcel by parcel to capture optimal ripeness, and vinification is designed to preserve purity of fruit, structure, and the signature elegance of the estate, followed by maturation in oak to add complexity and texture.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
These Bordeaux reds are excellent with roasted lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, venison, or braised short ribs, as well as mushroom-based dishes and aged hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C for the best balance of fruit and structure. The more structured bottles benefit from decanting for 1–2 hours, especially in their youth, while the more mature expressions should be handled more gently and tasted as they open in the glass.
