The vines are cultivated according to sustainable farming principles, with strict yield control through green harvesting to ensure optimal ripeness, and the grapes are hand-sorted parcel by parcel before vinification.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent match for roast lamb, duck breast, beef fillet, game birds, or mushroom-based dishes, as well as aged hard cheeses. Serve at around 16-18°C, and consider decanting younger bottles from the vertical for 1-2 hours to allow the aromas and tannins to open fully.
