Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a dense ruby-purple color, hinting at the concentration within. The nose is alluring and layered, offering sweet blackcurrant, jammy cherry, licorice, and warm spice, with the kind of perfume that unfolds gradually and invites slow tasting. The palate is full-bodied and opulent, yet balanced by remarkably sweet, velvety tannins that give the wine a polished, almost seamless feel. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This is an excellent match for refined meat dishes such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, or game served with rich sauces. It also pairs well with mature hard cheeses and earthy mushroom-based dishes. Serve at around 16–18°C, and decanting for a few hours is recommended if opening now, to allow the wine’s aromas and textures to fully open.
