Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a dense ruby-purple color that signals both richness and concentration. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and deeply layered, with a generous, almost velvety texture. Ruoka & tarjoilu
This wine is best enjoyed with equally rich dishes such as roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, game, or slow-braised meats. It also pairs beautifully with truffle-based dishes and mature hard cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C, and decant for several hours if drinking relatively young to help the aromatics and texture fully open up.
