Crafted from fruit drawn across several prized vineyard sites, it balances old-vine density, bright citrus lift, and a refined mineral edge, making it a standout example of modern California Sauvignon Blanc.

Makuprofiili
Pale and vibrant in the glass, this wine opens with an enticing nose of citrus, lime, and freshly cut grass, all carried with impressive balance and freshness. On the palate, the citrus character continues alongside notes of orange marmalade, pear, lavender honey, pineapple, melon, grapefruit, and a final touch of lychee. The wine feels lively and layered, with the richness of fruit tempered by clean acidity and a mineral-driven finish. It is made to be enjoyed young for its aromatic intensity and freshness, though a short period of cellar aging may bring added roundness and complexity.

Viininvalmistus
Winemaker Christopher Tynon sources grapes from multiple Napa Valley vineyards, including old vines in Eastern Rutherford that contribute density, texture, and pronounced citrus character. Additional fruit from two leading Calistoga sites and cooler eastern Napa vineyards adds freshness and vibrant acidity. The grapes are hand-harvested in the cool night hours to preserve purity and mineral character, then whole-cluster pressed, fermented cool, and aged in a mix of new oak, stainless steel, and concrete egg.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Sauvignon Blanc pairs beautifully with oysters, goat cheese, shellfish, grilled fish, spring vegetables, and salads with citrus or herb-driven dressings. Serve chilled at around 8–10°C, and decanting is not necessary, though a little time in the glass will allow the aromatics to open beautifully.
