Makuprofiili
In the glass, the wine shows an inky purple core that still carries impressive saturation for its age. The nose is layered with blackberries, dark plums, licorice, violets, and a distinctive chalky minerality that adds lift and complexity. The palate is full-bodied and richly textured, with ripe Merlot fruit wrapped around a polished, seamless structure. There is real purity here, along with savory depth and a long, multidimensional finish that can linger for 40 seconds or more. While already beautifully open, the wine should continue to hold well and evolve gracefully for several more years, gaining further nuance and tertiary complexity.

This is a superb match for roast lamb, beef tenderloin, duck breast, mushroom dishes, or truffle-infused recipes, where its depth and mineral edge can shine. Serve at 16–18°C, and consider decanting for about 1 hour if drinking now to allow the aromas and texture to fully unfold.
