In the glass, this Chardonnay shows a straw-yellow hue with an inviting brightness. The nose opens with citrus aromas of lemon and grapefruit, joined by green apple and a faint buttery note that adds richness without overpowering the wine’s freshness. On the palate, it is lively and focused, with flavors of lemon, green apple, and a touch of pear. Gentle toasted oak and vanilla bring extra depth, while the wine’s medium body and bright acidity keep everything well balanced and lead into a long, clean finish. It should also hold well for a few years, developing a little more complexity with time.
