Makuprofiili
In the glass, it shows a brilliant golden hue with a fine, persistent mousse that speaks to its quality and maturity. The nose is layered and expressive, unfolding with ripe citrus, white flowers, toasted almond, and a subtle chalky minerality typical of Avize. On the palate, this Champagne is elegant and finely balanced, with lively acidity wrapped in a creamy texture. Flavors of lemon, pear, and green apple are complemented by hints of brioche, nuts, and a long, mineral-driven finish with a delicate spicy edge. It has the structure and complexity to age gracefully for several more years, gaining even more depth over time.

Viininvalmistus
This cuvée comes from Grand Cru vineyards in Avize, where chalk-rich soils in the Côte des Blancs provide ideal conditions for Chardonnay.
