Crafted from the classic trio of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier, it offers a beautifully balanced style with freshness, structure, and subtle richness, rooted in Deutz’s long tradition of quality winemaking in Aÿ since 1838.

Deutz Brut Classic NV is assembled from carefully selected Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier sourced from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards, ensuring consistency and high quality across vintages. The Champagne region’s chalk-rich soils and cool climate contribute to the wine’s precision, freshness, and mineral character, while the grapes are harvested by hand and vinified with an emphasis on finesse, balance, and purity to preserve the signature elegance of the house style.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
Enjoy this Champagne as an aperitif or alongside seafood, sushi, delicate fish dishes, poultry, and mild cheeses. Serve chilled at 8–10°C to showcase its freshness and aromatic lift; decanting is not recommended for Champagne, though allowing it a few minutes in the glass can help the aromas open beautifully.
