In the glass, the wine shows a clear, bright red color. The nose is expressive and inviting, with juicy red fruit at the forefront, layered with a subtle spicy note and a sense of precision and balance. On the palate, it is structured yet supple, with fresh red berry fruit, fine texture, and a poised, elegant frame. The oak is well integrated, supporting the fruit without overpowering it, and the wine has the balance and concentration to evolve beautifully over time. It can be cellared for up to 15 years from the vintage.

Clos Saint Jean is a historic premier cru vineyard in Chassagne-Montrachet, a commune long associated with depth and complexity in Burgundy. The grapes are harvested by hand to preserve quality and allow careful selection, and the wine is matured in a mix of new and older barrels to achieve balance between fruit, structure, and oak influence.

Ruoka & tarjoilu
This Pinot Noir pairs well with roast poultry, duck breast, veal, game birds, mushroom dishes, and soft to medium-aged cheeses. Serve slightly cool, ideally around 15-16°C, and decanting for 30-60 minutes is recommended if drinking young to help the wine खुल up in the glass.
